It depends on the dealer and the manufacture, but customer can you can check the manufacturing date of the tyre it’s mentioned inside the tyre itself. If the tyre is more than 3 months old than you can always negotiate with your dealer for the discount and dealer.

What is the life of a tyre?

It depends on the usage of the tyre, if you are regularly checking the health of tyre such as regular pressure check, wheel balancing and alignment of your vehicle than your tyre will serve you for a longer period of time and more miles.
