Kia to start bookings for Kia Seltos from July 16 2019 - TyreCafe

The Kia Seltos SUV gets a number of features inside the cabin that include a 400-watt 8 speaker Bose premium sound system with dynamic speed compensation and sound mood light, which is first in the segment in India.

Carmaker Kia Motors will take bookings for its new model Kia Seltos from July 16 through the website and all dealerships across the country. In a statement the company said, Kia Motors has a presence in 160 cities with 265 touch points enabling the brand to be accessible by everyone in India.

Manohar Bhat, Vice President and Head – Sales and Marketing, Kia Motors India said, “The Kia Seltos has been built from ground-up, keeping Indian customers in mind and is equipped to redefine the segment."

He also said that the company is confident that the customers will be equally happy by the wide-spread network of 265 touch points in 160 cities that will also help in increasing the confidence and recognition of the brand.

The Kia Seltos SUV gets a number of features inside the cabin that include a 400-watt 8 speaker Bose premium sound system with dynamic speed compensation and sound mood light, which is first in the segment in India. It offers 8 mono and 6 multi-colour themes. The 10.25-inch HD touchscreen comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard with embedded navigation and split screen function. The instrument cluster gets an advanced 7.0-inch colour display panel which is best in the segment, claims the company.

According to the company, Seltos will be available in two trims - GT line and Tech line. The subcompact crossover SUV will be BSVI compliant right from its launch.

It boasts third generation Smartstream engine that will come in three variants: 1.5 Petrol, 1.5 Diesel, and 1.4 Turbo Petrol along with three automatic transmission options – 7DCT, 6 IVT, and 6 AT and a 6 speed Manual Transmission.
